Horse Riding On Our Countryside Treks

On your trek you will ride through the farmland at the stables with stunning views of Nephin and the well known River Moy. These rides are peaceful and relaxing and will create lasting memories.

The safety of the riders is very important at Iceford Stables. All the countryside treks are started in their spacious indoor arena. After a short assessment practicing the basics and when everyone feels comfortable with their horses, you will head outside to begin your trek.

The treks are guided by experienced and qualified staff. This is a suitable activity for everyone in the family/group. Outside the treks will be taken at the level of the most novice rider in the group and this is to ensure that it is a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. For the more nervous riders there will be staff walking on foot alongside you to encourage and help you to build confidence.
